ABOUT THE CASE STUDY

##### The NBA is home to the professional basketball players we know and love, but the global sports and media business also employs thousands of other professionals — from coaches and referees to marketers, facilities managers, and financial analysts.  Supporting this “team behind the team” to prevent burnout and stay at the top of their game was a top priority for the NBA’s Benefits and Wellbeing team.  With guided mindfulness and skill-building resources, Headspace partnered with the NBA to ensure that team members always have what they need to thrive. And because Headspace content is on-demand and accessible from any device, employees who don’t work at a desk can utilize the same content to boost their workday on the go.
