From surviving to thriving: helping parents to flourish at work
About the webinar:
In the wake of the pandemic, 82% of parents have reported signs of burnout. Given that the majority of the UK workforce is made up of working parents, it is vital that we address the root causes of burnout for all individuals.
In this webcast, our panel discusses the challenges faced by working parents, and how initiatives such as flexible working, inclusion, and mental health support can help them flourish.
Topics covered include:
-
How does burnout affect working parents and how can we help them?
-
What extra challenges do working parents have with hybrid working and what structures can we put in place for them to thrive?
-
What services does Headspace Health offer to working parents and how can they support mental health?
